Carry out international and local operations with due regards to high

Areas of responsibility

Process file for
all products (Air, Sea and Inland Service) by giving an on time visibility on
the movement of freight to all parties involved.

Ensure an efficient
and effective service to customer
•
Maintain a sound
and close relationship with customer
•
Maintain an active
communication with management and peers for an efficient service delivery
•
Assist in
procurement tasks and carrier management
Requirements
•
Minimum 3 years
experience in Operations or Customer Service in a freight forwarding or
logistics industry
•
Both fluent in
English and French
•
Familiar with
desktop tools
