For an international company of Transit, based in Madagascar
Purpose & general responsibilities of the position:
Carry out international and local operations
with due regards to high degree of quality service and communication, according
to company policy and standards.
Specific responsibilities of the position:
Areas of responsibility
- Process file for all products (Air, Sea and
Inland Service) by giving an on time visibility on the movement of freight to
all parties involved.
- Ensure an efficient and effective service to
customer
- Maintain a sound and close relationship with
customer
- Maintain an active communication with
management and peers for an efficient service delivery
- Assist in procurement tasks and carrier
management
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Operations or
Customer Service in a freight forwarding or logistics industry
- Both fluent in English and French
- Familiar with desktop tools
